2. Booking & Payment Terms

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email, form, or official platform).
  • A deposit may be required to secure reservations.
  • Full payment must be completed before the travel date unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

Prices may be quoted in PHP, USD, or other applicable currencies depending on the service arrangement.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Deposits may be non-refundable
  • Cancellations close to the travel date may incur full charges

6. Travel Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

8. B2B Partnership Terms

For travel agencies and business partners:

  • JuuGO WING Travel operates as a ground services partner and coordinator
  • We do not position ourselves as a direct competitor to partner agencies
  • Pricing, proposals, and agreements are confidential
  • Resale or redistribution of quotations without consent is not permitted
